FOYERS PIER
Loch Ness
ABOUT US
Privately owned Pier on the shores of Loch Ness
Foyers is a small village on the south shore of Loch Ness, surrounded by stunning scenery and panoramic views of hills, woodlands and the world famous Loch. The village is approximately 16 miles from the Highland Capital of Inverness and is on the 'quiet side' of the Loch.
Boasting Robert Burns' famous Falls of Foyers, the area is steeped in history and mystery. 'Outlander's' Jamie, was a Fraser of Foyers; and Boleskine House, home of the infamous Aleister Crowley, is situated on the outskirts of the village. There are a number of Guest Houses, Hotels, B&B's and self-catering accommodation around the area and the village itself has a Shop and Post Office, The Waterfall Cafe, Camerons Tea Room and Farm Shop, and public bars at The Craigdarroch Hotel and Foyers House.
Both the Great Glen Canoe Trail and the South Loch Ness trail run through Foyers.
Home to the world famous Loch Ness Monster - 'Nessie'- the Loch is an ever changing view and provides a must-do experience for your trip to The Highlands.
We are pleased to announce that Glenliath will be operating from Foyers Pier. Glenliath is a 12 seater luxury motorboat and is available for private charter.
On behalf of her owners we will be developing a varied and exciting programme of events and private charter experiences. Our boat trips and private charter cruises give you an amazing opportunity to get close to the loch and see the amazing views from another angle.
If you are travelling on your own craft we have pre-bookable berthing available.
